Strategic HR Leadership Journey – 8th Edition

Date: 8th to 12th January 2024

NHRDN Mumbai organized the 8^th Edition of Strategic HR Leadership Journey under the Leadership of Tanisha Saraf, supported by Zenith Nayar, Dr. Snehal Shah, Shweta Pathak and Pratima Singh – Executive Committee NHRDN Mumbai Chapter.

The 8^th Edition was conducted as a 5-day residential program at Kautilya Leadership Centre focussed on the theme of preparing Leadership in the Future of Work designed on the pillars of “Build, Absorb, Network & Experience” to facilitate multi-disciplinary learning, deeper business understanding and acquaint to new age skills through Masterclasses, Leadership Talks, Panel Discussions and FireSide Chats while networking with Industry Leaders and Peers.

The program invited 25 Speakers & Leaders including CHROs, Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Academicians from diverse backgrounds and industries. The program had 34 participants with a median experience of 15 years in various areas of HR, some transitioning from Business roles to HR and Academia. Sectors included BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing and conglomerates.
