NOTICE – NATIONALHRD NETWORK MUMBAI CHAPTER
ELECTIONS: 2025-2027
ATTENTION: ALL MEMBERS EXCEPT INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS & STUDENT MEMBERS
Dear Member,
It is time to hold elections for the Post of President National HRD Network Mumbai Chapter for a Two-Year Term (2025-2027). The undersigned has been appointed as Returning Officer for conducting said elections. Please find below detailed guidelines for the ensuing elections:
1. The election will be conducted for the Post of President National HRD Network Mumbai Chapter for a Two-Year Term (2025-2027).
2.Voting Rights:
a) As per Society Bye Laws, Individual Life Members will have the right to vote whereas Student Members and Institutional Members will have no voting rights.
b) Electoral College comprising of all NHRDN Members (except Student Members) has been frozen as on 31st March 2025. Individual Annual members will have a right to vote only if they have paid their annual membership fees payable as on 31st March 2025. Members are accordingly called upon to update their membership status enabling casting of vote.
c) Members who are eligible to vote are requested to check the correctness of their Membership No. along with their e-mail addresses by sending an e-mail to Chapter Manager Ms. Pratima Singh, Manager, Mumbai Chapter, on mumnhrd@gmail.com for rectification, if any. Please note that as the voting is strictly by Electronic Mode, correct, valid & subsisting e-mail is required to have the LINK for voting, for casting of the vote.
3. Term of Office:
As per Society Bye Laws, the term of the President shall be for a Period of TWO Years.
4. Voters List:
The list of eligible members, duly updated as per the information received, is posted and can be accessed through this page. Members are requested to verify the details in the Voters List. Any discrepancy noted be intimated to Chapter Manager Ms. Pratima Singh, Manager, Mumbai Chapter, on mumnhrd@gmail.com for rectification, if any, latest by 03.06.2025, where after, no further amendment/inclusion/deletion etc. shall be entertained.
