Review of the Activities January 2024 - December 2024

The Strategic HR Leadership Journey (SHRLJ) was originally conceived in 2004 under the stewardship of
Mr. Anand Nayak of ITC, an endeavour to offer a “world-class learning journey” for future HR leaders &
professionals by bringing together the best of India’s business & HR fraternity.
SHRLJ 2024 was being led by Ms. Tanisha Saraf – Head Talent Staffing & Employer Branding at
UltraTech Cement.
The 8th Edition was conducted as a 5-day residential program at Kautilya Leadership Centre focused on
the theme of preparing Leadership in the Future of Work designed on the pillars of “Build, Absorb,
Network & Experience” to facilitate multi-disciplinary learning, deeper business understanding and
acquaint to new age skills through Masterclasses, Leadership Talks, Panel Discussions and FireSide
Chats while networking with Industry Leaders and Peers.

The program invited 25 Speakers & Leaders including CHROs, Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Academicians from diverse backgrounds and industries.
The program had 34 participants with a median experience of 15 years in various areas of HR, some transitioning from Business roles to HR and Academia.
Sectors included BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing and conglomerates.

4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Speaker: Ms. Shalini Singh – Personal Brand & Communication Coach, Founder & CEO,
Bspotted
The session was organized in collaboration with JBIMS Campus. It was an engaging, informative & interactive session.
The session was attended by 120+ Students and HR professionals.
The workshop fostered a positive and collaborative environment with participants sharing personal stories of resilience.

This highlights the value of peer learning and support in personal development.

3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Speaker: Mr. Debi Kar – CEO and Founder of HYRGPT
The webinar was organized in collaboration with HYRGPT. It was very informative session.

The chapter received 90+ registrations.

The session was effective for all levels of Professions, which all participants can understand & relate.

3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Speaker: Mr. Amol Maheshwari – Founder of Happiness Gurukul.
The chapter received 38+ registrations.
The webinar was organized on 21st June 2024, which was an International Yoga Day. Participants enjoyed and experienced breathing exercise through new technique of Musical breathing. Every participant was deeply engaged throughout the Musical breathing session.
The workshop fostered a positive and collaborative environment with participants.

10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

DEI was being led by the Organizing Committee, which included Ms. Mona Cheriyan, Ms. Sraboni Sengupta, Ms. Deepti Sheth, Dr. Snehal Shah, Ms. Shweta Pathak & Ms. Pratima Singh.
The workshop was conducted on a 2-day program at The Leela, focused on the theme of How to become an Inclusive Leader. Our endeavor was to build future leaders with the Principles of DEI.
The program invited 7 Speakers & Leaders including CHROs, Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and the Head of Banking field.
The program had 13 participants with a median experience of 10 years. They were from diverse backgrounds and industries, like Banking, Financial Services, Traveling & Academia.
The participants enjoyed the whole session, which included many activities, experience sharing etc. At the end of the day everyone walked away from the workshop with a wonderful knowledge of how they should create a welcoming, respectful & safe environment within their organization.

3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Speaker: Mr. V. J. Rao – Leading Assessments Coaching Author
A webinar was organized on Demystifying Coaching. It was a very engaging & interactive session.
The chapter received 130+ registrations.
Everyone gets to know what exactly coaching is. And that coaching is not counselling. Also, got to know the roles of coaching in HRs functions.

4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Speaker: Mr. Ashutosh Srivastava– Head of India HR CITICS CLSA

The session was organized at the JBIMS Campus.

It was an engaging, informative & interactive session.

The chapter received 55+ registrations

3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Speaker: Ms.Cauvery Devika Dharmaraj – Mental Health Advocacy & HR Consultant.
A webinar was organized on Building Resilience. It was a very engaging & lively session.
The chapter received 120+ registrations.
Everyone gets to know how one can overcome their stress. The ways to find out & tackle stress, what to prioritize or not. Many such things were discussed, which will definitely be fruitful for everyone.

3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Speaker: Mr. Rajen Mehrotra –Former Corporate Head of HR with ACC Ltd.
A webinar was organized on the Impact of the Labour Codes. It was a very engaging & lively session.
The chapter received 890+ registrations.
